​​RETURN OF GOODS

Before returning the goods, the Buyer must contact the Seller by e-mail: info@welika.lv!

 

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the ordered Goods within 14 days of receipt. The return of the Goods is only possible if the Goods have retained their external appearance, consumer characteristics, original packaging and labelling.

According to the Consumer Rights Protection Act, the Seller has the right to refuse to take back the Goods from the Customer if the Goods were not returned in their original packaging, the packaging is seriously damaged, there are slight signs of use.

​The Customer shall have the right to refuse the Goods ordered if they are found to be defective or if the Goods are discoloured or deformed after gentle washing (in accordance with the care instructions).

When returning the Goods, the Customer may exchange them for similar Goods or receive a refund. The Seller shall bear the costs of delivery in the event of an industrial defect in the Goods. If you choose to receive a refund, it will be credited to the account from which the purchase was made within 30 working days of receipt of the Goods back from the Seller.

​The Seller reserves the right not to change or refund the amount paid for customised goods and orders.

Omniva parcel can be returned on customers expence. If the automatic parcel point issues an address card on return, stick that exactly on the old address card. Parcels ordered to an Omniva post office or with a courier are also possible to be returned at the post office on the basis of the original address card.

REFUNDING THE MONEY

We will refund you the full value of the items, except for the delivery charge.

Your refund will be credited to the same bank account used to make the original payment.

The refund will be made as soon as possible but no later than within 14 days.
