On placing the order you will receive an automated email, where you will find a tracking number.

​When ordering products from our e-store you can choose from the following delivery options:

1. Omniva automatic parcel point - Ordering to an automatic parcel point is very convenient thanks to their good  locations, long opening hours and no queues. You will receive a text message on your mobile phone on the arrival of the package, which contains the location of the automatic
parcel point and the door code.

2. Omniva courier - When ordering with the Omniva courier your products will arrive at your chosen address within 1-2 working days. The courier will call you on arrival. If you are unavailable at the time of the delivery, the parcel will be left at the post office for seven calendar days. You will find a notification in your letterbox which contains the holding information and the name of the post office, from where you can pick up your parcel.

3. Standard (Parcel to a post office) - Postal service will notify you upon the arrival of the parcel in the post office. On the notification you will find the location of the post office and your parcel’s holding period.

4. EMS courier - EMS courier the Russian Post will deliver the goods conveniently to your home in the fastest possible way ahead of other postal items. The parcel will reach Moscow and St Petersburg within 15 working days after placing the order, the parcel will reach other regions within 30 working days after placing the order. The courier will call you on arrival. If you are unavailable at the time of the delivery, the parcel will be left at the post office for fifteen calendar days. You will find a notification in your letterbox which contains the holding information and the name of the post office, from where you can pick up your parcel.

The orders are completed and dispatched within 3 working days after placing the order at the latest.
The arrival of the product depends on the postal service.

During holidays and sale periods the delivery times may be longer than normal. We hope for your understanding.

Customs and import duties

Various customs and import duties may be added when sending goods, which must be paid on the arrival of the parcel in the country of destination. These duties are paid by the receiver of the parcel.
As the tax and customs policy may vary greatly in different countries, we recommend you to turn to the local customs or tax board’s representation for additional information.

The orders are completed and dispatched within 3 working days after placing the order at the latest.
The arrival of the product depends on the postal service.

HOW TO RETURN

​To arrange a free return of goods, you need to contact us by e-mail info@welika.lv, and we will arrange for you a convenient way to return the desired goods.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with original packaging and all barcodes and tags attached.

Please be advised that for hygiene reasons underwear and beachwear cannot be returned (unless the item turns out to be defective).

Items cannot be returned to our stores.

The care of returning the item is your responsibility, therefore we strongly recommend  that you send the parcel by recorded delivery and keep a copy of the recorded delivery number just in case your parcel goes missing. Welika Inc. is not responsible for items lost by the delivery services in the returns process.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

In case of a purchase from the e-store you the right to withdraw from an undisclosed transaction within 14 calendar days from receiving the product by submitting the withdrawal application which can be downloaded, in writing (by post or digitally signed) or in a format allowing for written reproduction (email) or by filling in on the website of the e-store. All the products should be returned within 14 calendar days from submitting the withdrawal order.

To withdraw from the transaction please fill in the withdrawal application.

RETURNING A WRONG OR POOR-QUALITY ITEM

In case the item does not correspond to what you ordered or is defective, please notify us immediately but no later than within 1 months of finding out about the non-conformity or defectiveness. We ask you to send the respective information to the email address info@welika.lv or Mazā Dārza street 5-4, LV-5404, Daugavpils, Latvia, noting your contact details, order number, the purchase date, the description of the defect of the item and the claim submitted to us.

In case of a wrong or poor-quality product fill in the return sheet with the parcel and invoice and we will refund to you both the value of the product as well as dispatch costs, incl. costs incurred when posting the return. For this we ask you to keep the proof of postage and send it to us at info@welika.lv together with the order number.

EXCHANGING THE PRODUCT

If the size of the ordered garment does not suit you and you wish to exchange it, then that can be done within 14 days of receiving the order. The product can only be exchanged for a different size of the same product.

If we are unable to find the requested size for the product returned for exchange we will notify you about it via email.

Omniva parcel can be returned on customers expence. If the automatic parcel point issues an address card on return, stick that exactly on the old address card. Parcels ordered to an Omniva post office or with a courier are also possible to be returned at the post office on the basis of the original address card.

REFUNDING THE MONEY

We will refund you the full value of the items, except for the delivery charge.

Your refund will be credited to the same bank account used to make the original payment.

The refund will be made as soon as possible but no later than within 14 days.
